Gilmore Jr 2-Watt Mod

Gilmore Jr 2-Watt Mod

Very easy to do! First, remove the 6N1P output tube from your Gilmore Jr., then install the adapter into the empty output tube socket. Next install the ECC99 tube into the adapter. Immediately begin enjoying additional clean head-room and ~ two watts of additional power. Want to change back to the stock 6N1P half watt output? Just remove the adapter and put the 6N1P back in! No soldering necessary.

The 2 Watt Mod comes with a “Keeper Socket” to hold your ECC99 tube & adapter – or your 6N1P – so you can use one while storing the other right there on the chassis. The hole for this keeper socket is pre-drilled in the Gilmore Jr. Chassis. Reconfigure in less than 10 seconds! Guytronix listens and delivers due to your feedback!
